            Ingredients – 3 cups of flour, 1 egg, ¾ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, powdered sugar, 1 cup of regular sugar, 1 cup of softened butter.

            Direction – mix baking powder, flour, and salt, keep aside, take butter and sugar in a bowl and blend well, add the egg and mix it well, slowly add the flour mix and make a dough, make two dough and put in waxed paper, keep in the refrigerator for two hours, sprinkle powder sugar over the dough, smear powdered sugar in a rolling pin, and roll out the dough with one 1 inch thickness, the dough should not stick, cut the cookies in shapes, place the cookies in a baking sheet with one inch distance, bake them in a preheated oven at 350^oF for 7 to 9 minutes until done (brown), remove the cookies from the oven and let it cool for two minutes, cool it more before serve after decorations if wanted and then store in a cookie box.

I will tell you how. First, prepare the ingredients that you need to make sugar cookies. The ingredients are flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, soft butter, egg, soft cream, vanilla, softened butter, milk, and confectioners' sugar.

Next, follow these steps to make the sugar cookies. Sift the dry ingredients and blend everything with the butter. Then, let it chilled for several hours. After that, use the roll to roll out the dough. Let the kids do the rolling. Give them chance to cut the dough into any forms of they want. Then, you have to bake it for minimum 5 up to 8 minutes.

Third, you have to mix the icing ingredients and add some colours into it. Let the kids coloring the cookies with the icing ingredients. You can give them cake decorating equipment if you want. Or, you can let them decorating as they like. The cookies can be put until the sugar is not melting anymore, or you can eat them directly.
